Yes, this is safe.
Our Doctors review every order and questionnaire to ensure you are getting the correct treatment.
Then our Chemists expertly craft the formula that is then sent out to you.

Our products are vegan and we do not test our formulas on animals.
Our prescription product is compounded in a pharmacy facility with synthesised materials, and our over-the-counter products have ingredients that are derived from plants.

With our replaceable inner containers we are trying to minimise
our environmental footprint. We anticipate that your outer container will last at least 12 months, but if you find this is not the case, please click here.The inner container and our packaging is all recyclable. We use Australia post so there are no extra deliveries required. We are continually looking at ways to improve and reduce our environmental impact.
Your One Skincare has exactly the amount you need for a month of
treatment so there is no waste.We aim to simplify your skincare so there is less waste and fewer products on the bathroom shelf.

No! There are no lock-in contracts.
Simply cancel before your next order is being prepared (5 days before your next order).

Skinplicity is designed for people over the age of 14.
People under the age of 18 will need to have parental or guardian support and approval before signing up.
If you or your child are under the age of 14 and are interested in
skincare or have specific skincare concerns, we recommend speaking with your GP. -

Once your account has been made and our practitioner has reviewed your information, formulated your personalised cream and contacted you (where applicable). We liaise with our compounding pharmacist
who will make your individual formula and package it and send it to you.As this is a bespoke product it can take time. We aim for you to receive your products within 7 business days of completion of the questionnaire.

If seven business days have passed and you have still not received your order, please contact us.

There maybe some instances where your private health provider may cover some of the cost of our specialised prescriptive products.
The receipt provided is sufficient if you have this cover as part of your policy.
We accept no liability regarding your providers decision on reimbursement of our products.

Once you receive your new monthly One Skincare, you will need to remove your previous empty container and replace it

Our add on products are currently directed to core skin care such as cleansers, moisturisers and eye cream.
We will be adding more soon!

It is important you let us know or update us that you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive as some of our products are not suitable to use.

We are a telehealth platform and our practitioners are prescribing prescription medication individually for you.
Whilst we are not here to replace your regular practitioner, we need to ensure we are working safely, photos are an essential part of the so our practitioner can make the best assessment.
Your photos remain completely confidential on a secure platform between you and your practitioner.
We would never share any of your photos with a third party or on
social media platforms without your express consent. -
Skin needs time for changes to happen because skin cells undergo a constant cycle which takes 2-3 months to complete as new cells move up to the skins surface to replace old skin cells.
It can take this long (2-3 months) for most people to start to see improvements in their skin. Sometimes it can be quicker or longer as results vary from person to person.
